Ducky Lay

Assignment, limited control

Guide a mother duck through the water to recover her lost ducklings and bring them home safe. But be careful, and make sure to stick to the thick leaf cover around the edges, because there is one fish in this pond large enough to swallow you all whole.

WASD/Arrow keys to steer.

currently exists: 

• character that naviages up, down, left, right
• top-down style map with obstacles
• 3 npc duckings that follow you when in range
• line themselves up nicely behind you
• an enemy fish that kills you and the collectable ducklings on contact, moves randomly
• "open water" where you can be detected by the fish, and it will charge you and your ducklings
• "foliage cover" where you can hide from detection
• different outcomes depending on how many ducklings you bring back to the nest
• option to restart the game on completion/death
• instructions on opening
• fully sprited

buggy

• a menu simply does not exist. You can't exit without winning, losing, or closing from outside the program
• duck sprites rotate freely
